HOUSE BILL NO. 302                                                            
"An Act excluding certain recreational activities sponsored by an             
employer from coverage provided under workers' compensation,                   
unless participation is required as a condition of employment; and             
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 302 was referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the                
calendar.
